A MOTHER who alleges her 18-month-old son's toenails fell off because of "faulty" shoes has defended her decision to take legal action.
Laura Kennedy insist she and her husband Alistair feel shoe retailer Clarks have not taken the matter seriously.
But Clarks said it takes pride in its quality and fitting process and insist it is not aware of any other similar problems.
The family, of Kingswood, north Hull, allege Elias Kennedy suffered injury as a result of Clarks shoes.
